The website for Hotel Indigo is at the end of its life cycle, but a new style guide is not yet available for the brand. I was asked to conceptualize a complete redesign of the site using existing styles, fonts, and colors. For this design, I tried to dial-up the sophistication, reducing the use of primary colors and handwritten fonts. I increased the use of negative space to make the design feel modern and airy, and I prioritized legibility and clarity over whimsical design elements. In the examples below, you can see a comparison of my design with the existing site.
